Joe Santiago is an accomplished EMS and healthcare administrator. He has held executive, managerial, and operational leadership roles in a number of organizations. Under this leadership, organizations have been awarded distinctions such as the Time's Union Best Places to Work 2016, NYS Award for Patient Safety and Clinical Quality, and the REMO Award for Patient Safety and Clinical Quality. Joe has extensive experience with disaster response having served in the National Command Center and the United States Transportation Command supporting hurricane responses. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration-Healthcare and Master of Management degrees. He is a certified Paramedic, Registered Professional Nurse, and Certified Medical Transport Executive. He holds instructorship at the Medical Transport Leadership Institute and edits and authors texts on medical transport systems. Joe is also a highly decorated US Army Nurse Corps Officer and Combat Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Russ Coonradt is a Professional Fire Fighter and EMT with an extensive background in EMS and Fire Service Operations. Russell has served in a number of positions; leading others from Iraq & Afghanistan to executive labor relations councils. Russ has extensive expertise in emergency management and public relations, as well as EMS education and course coordination. He holds an undergraduate degree in Emergency Management, is a NYS certified Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Instructor Coordinator, and Fire Fighter. Russ was the recipient of the 2018 NYS EMS Educator of Excellence. He is also a decorated US Navy Corpsman and Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

Eric Hanchett brings with him substantive experience in EMS administration. He has served as Director of Finance & Administration, Deputy Director of EMS, and Lead Instructor of Collegiate Paramedic programs. Eric has expertise in Human Resources, Financial Management, Fiduciary matters, and Medical Benefit Administration. He has developed employee programs in Health & Safety, Employee Assistance, and CME Recertification. Eric is a certified Paramedic, Certified Instructor Coordinator, and Certified Medical Transport Executive. He was the 2015 recipient of the NYS Harriet C. Weber EMS Leadership Award, as well as a decorated US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Specialist and Veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service.

Matt is an accomplished healthcare administrator. Matt consistently works to develop a more efficient and enhanced service delivery model that affords the best possible options for both the internal and external customers. He is well versed in aspects of disaster, pre-hospital, and out of hospital emergency medicine, operations, and transport. With an extensive background in building and developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, Matt can lead process improvement initiatives to continuously strive for operational excellence. He promotes and drives quality, regulatory, and safety programs.
Matt holds a Master of Public Health with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic, Certified Flight Paramedic, and a graduate of the FEMA National Emergency Training Center’s Executive Leadership Courses in Management of Emergency Medical Services, Special Operations in EMS, and Advanced Leadership Issues in EMS.

Nikki is a seasoned, Masters prepared, professional with significant executive-level experience in consulting and project management to multi-hospital healthcare systems and large EMS/Air Medical agencies. Her expertise lies in operational problem-solving, quality and performance improvement, and business analytics. Notable accomplishments include the development of a quantitatively based EMS quality program linking clinical interventions to provider education; retooling a wide variety of programs and services to achieve cost-effective business practices; and developing statistical indicators for business trends monitoring. She was invited to speak at various EMS forums on the topic of effective quality programs. She has also received regulatory and community recognition for her developmental work in quality improvement. Nikki holds a Master of Management-Healthcare degree and a graduate of the Zenger-Miller Leadership program. She has more than 30 years of experience providing Operational and Project Management services to Senior Healthcare Executives focused on performance improvement, analytics, and restructuring of financially or operationally troubled programs.

Kathleen Fyfe is passionate about community and believes that communities are successful when those who are part of the communities invest in them and give back. She is a respected facilitator, instructor, and impact sector expert. She works with nonprofit organizations, guiding, strategic planning, capital campaign readiness, team dynamics, board governance, ethical dilemmas, culture, organizational structure, and other topics as necessary. She is a certified DiSC trainer and facilitator and a certified Culture Talk specialist. As Program Director of Leadership Saratoga; a program through the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, she works to educate people to serve as volunteer leaders in their communities. The program focuses on both skills needed and challenging issues that face those in leadership positions. Kathleen holds a Master’s degree and is a graduate of the Chamber of Commerce Executive’s Program. She also holds designation from the Institute of Organizational Management. She is the recipient of the 2014 Saratoga County, NY Women of Influence award and believes that helping others to find ways to be their best selves and creating opportunities for collaboration are some of her purposes in life and views life through her mantra of “what else is possible?”
